General conditions
The prices are indicated per person per day, for a minimum stay of 3 days. During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only for the whole week, from Saturday till Saturday.
In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.
All prices include: VAT, outdoor private parking, ski/bike storage with ski boot dryer, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, use of private garden in summer, final cleaning (except for extraordinary cleaning).
The prices do NOT include the local tourist tax of EURO 2,30 per person (over 14 years old) per day starting from 01 January 2024
Additional services (excluded from the apartment rate): fresh bread delivery in the morning, shared washing machine/tumble dryer, massages (subject to prior reservation).
For check-in and key collection guests are kindly asked to come to Ciasa Odlina in La Villa: Str. Ninz, 49, GPS coordinates : Latitude 46° 35' 21,7'' N - Longitude 11° 54' 2,1'' E.
The apartments are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
We kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance, if the check-in is planned after 9 p.m. Upon departure, guests are kindly asked to leave their apartment clean and tidy. Whenever extra cleaning is required, the management has the right to apply additional charges.
The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the entire price of your stay. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Please transfer the deposit to the following bank account:

Cancellation policy:
Smoking is not allowed in all the apartments of Natur Lüch Sossach. Guests should inform the owners about all visitors if they don't stay in one of the apartments of Natur Lüch Sossach.
During your stay, we reserve one's right to enter the apartments for inspection purposes.
Upon prior agreement and surcharge, we can accept small pets only in some of the apartments and provided that their owners undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets. We would also like to remind the pets', especially dogs', owners that they are obliged to clean after their four-legged friends and to collect their faeces both on the territory of Natur Lüch Sossach and outside.

- from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged;
- from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged;
- less than 3 days before arrival or no show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
